Friday morning we went in for our delivery and at 10:25, little Drew
Michael Wescott arrived safely into the world. Things went beautifully!
He was a healthy 7 lbs, 9 oz…exact same weight as his big brother. A
little taller though at 20 in. He has the longest, skinny fingers and
toes I have seen on a baby…definitely a Wescott thing. Poor Aidan got
the chubs from my family! Drew and Aidan are as different as they
come…in looks and disposition. Young Drew has my sharp, straight
nose…poor little guy. He’ll grow into it. His eyes are bluer than the sky and
he has a sweet little mouth…lots of hair too. We think he looks like
one of the seven dwarfs. 🙂 He is so far as easy as they come…sleeps
like a dream but isn’t such a great eater yet. He can do it…he would
just rather sleep. Aidan is a champ! He is very sweet with baby Drew and
likes to give hugs and kisses…very gently! Plus, he is more
interested in his new train set! Best money we have ever spent.

I am doing very well. This c-section is already way easier than the
last. The surgeon said I had zero scar tissue and could do “this” twice
more if I wanted to. We’ll see! I am wishing that I could do things with
and for Aidan though. That is realy hard for me. I even miss changing
his diaper. 🙂
