I slept without Chanler touching me!

Background:
We bought a twin bed to put next to our queen because we had finally run out of space. I had been calling it Chanler’s bed, but I was under no illusion that Chanler would actually sleep in it any time soon! (which is why I insisted we get a good comfy matress since I would probably end up on it anyway)

But lo and behold, last night during the nightly bedtime ritual Chanler crawled over onto the new bed, laid down, and signed to nurse. I was suprised to say the least! and the best part he stayed there until about 5am. I didn’t know what to do with all the new found room on the bed.

Overall I am so happy that he wanted to move. I did not relish struggling with him over where to sleep. I am actually somewhat saddened though since a phase of our lives is changing. I actually missed him being close as I was falling asleep.
