Cream:
1/2 cup butter
2 TBLS to 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Add:
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup uncooked quick rolled oats
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon Almond flour; 2 tablespoon Coconut flour; 1/2tsp Xantham Gum; 1/4tsp Guar Gum
You may add (optional):

(1/2 - 1 cup raisins)
(1/2 - 1 cup walnuts)

You may spice these with:

(1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
(1/4 teaspoon each cloves and freshly grated nutmeg)

Preheat oven to 350

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
